Inspired by an ancient Sicilian recipe and are here proposed in the ‘hard’ variant, the “Amaretti” are a welcome addition to the line of typical Italian biscuits.

They contain 33% of almonds and are completely free of added flavourings as their typical taste is obtained by adding bitter almonds, also strictly organic.

Compliant with the ancient recipe, they are also free of flour.
