Delivery and Orders
Orders can be placed online anytime, however, they will only be processed during our normal business hours, Monday to Friday. By entering your personal details including payment information and submitting your order you are making an offer to purchase chosen products which will become a binding contract once accepted by us. By making the offer to purchase you also authorise Tradala Gorm Ltd. to charge your card or PayPal account for full payment. Your card will be charged immediately upon your confirmation of order. All goods are the property of Tradala Gorm Ltd. until payment in full has been received.
Products will be delivered to your chosen address. We process orders as quickly as possible and most orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days of payment being received, but we reserve the right to take up to 28 days for delivery. We use An Post and we also carry out deliveries directly depending on your area of residence and value/weight of your order. Please refer to our Delivery Conditions section for current rates. We deliver to the Republic of Ireland & Northen Ireland.
Changed your mind? No problem as we accept full refund for up to 12 days after delivery. Please note we only accept returns of unopened, unused and undamaged products. Should you decide to return a product, please get in touch by phone or e-mail for further arrangements.
