Aqua Dolomia was born from the intuition of one of the founding members. Passionate about mountain walking, especially in the areas of Val Cimoliana, he had collected the confidences of the elderly and discovered that among the many springs present in those places, there was one where the cattle returning from the mountain pastures at high altitude preferred to drink. That water, naturally better than it flowed from the source in Gote, then became Aqua Dolomia.
