Our Genovese Basil Pesto is produced exclusively with extremely high quality ingredients. It is of green colour with intense perfume; this result is obtained thanks to basil from Liguria and a careful technique of manufacturing similar of those of mortar. Our Basil Pesto are all prepared without garlic and without cheese in order to maintain the purity of basil perfume and to fulfill needs of our customers who are allergic against milk sugar and casein. Perfect for pasta, lasagne, vegetable soaps and to split on toasted bread and crackers.
