Our summer truffle cream is a tasty specialty made of cultivated mushrooms and summer truffle, precious gems of our Langhe area.

With its typical brown color and the right viscosity, this ready-to-use cream allows to easily cook tasty gourmet dishes, such as tasty bruschetta on a hot slice of bread for special appetizers or even on omelettes, pizzas or focaccia bread. It is ideal as a condiment for first dishes such as tajarin or tagliatelle, but also rice, meat or fish dishes.
