A fantastic recipe that preserves the bright green colour of the pistachios as well as a very concentrated texture and flavour suitable for both catering and private households. Our pistachio pesto, with its distinctive flavour, is excellent on bruschetta, yeast products (baguettes, focaccia…), as a dip on meat and especially with pasta dishes. Pistachio pesto is in fact widely used to enrich pasta dishes, whether pasta, gnocchi or risotto, and can give an extra touch to all first courses.
