A fantastic recipe that preserves the bright green colour of the pistachios as well as a very concentrated texture and flavour suitable for both catering and private households.

Our pistachio pesto, with its distinctive flavour, is excellent on bruschetta, yeast products (baguettes, focaccia…), as a dip on meat and especially with pasta dishes.
