I Prodotti del Casale tomaotes are grown only meters from the Ionian Sea, harvested by hand when perfectly ripe and jarred within the same day.

The combination of location, sunshine and soil rich in minerals and trace elements (confirmed by the University of Calabria), results in flavoursome tomatoes with vibrant colour and rich, tomato flavour.

The tomatoes are gently steamed, then peeled by hand (no salt added). A true artisan product from a family farm in southern Calabria.
